龙泉市是浙江省丽水市代管县级市，位于浙江省西南部的浙闽赣边境，东邻温州经济技术开发区，西接武夷山国家级风景旅游区，是浙江省入江西、福建的主要通道，素有“瓯婺八闽通衢”“译马要道，商旅咽喉”之称，历来为浙、闽、赣毗邻地区商贸重镇。
Longquan City is a county-level city hosted by Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, situated in the southwest of Zhejiang and the border of Zhejiang, Fujian and Jiangxi provinces, adjacent to the Wenzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone to the east and Wuyi Mountain National Scenic Area to the west. It is the major passageway connecting Zhejiang Province with Jiangxi and Fujian, known as "thoroughfare of Jinhua City, Wenzhou City and Fujian Province" "Posting-Horse Thoroughfare & Traveling Merchant Vital Passage", and has always been an important town of commerce in the neighboring areas of Zhejiang, Fujian, and Jiangxi.
龙泉自古人文昌盛，不仅是著名的青瓷之都、宝剑之邦，而且还是世界香菇栽培发源地、中华灵芝第一乡；全市森林覆盖率84.2%，是国家级生态示范区、国家森林城市、浙江省生态市和浙江省园林城市，古时被誉为“处州十县好龙泉”。
Longquan has been enjoying cultural prosperity since the ancient time. It is the famous city of porcelain, and the state of sword, but also the birthplace of cultivated mushrooms in the world, the first township of ganoderma lucidum in China. With forest coverage rate of 84.2%, the city is a national ecological demonstration zone, national forest city, Zhejiang Provincial ecological city and Zhejiang Provincial garden city, and known as Longquan the Best in the Ten Counties of Chuzhou in ancient times.
随着丽龙高速、龙庆高速建成通车和龙浦高速即将建成通车，龙泉已进入“新高速”和即将进入“新高铁”时代，成为北上融入长三角，南下承接海西区的重要“节点”。
With the opening to traffic of Lishui-Longquan Highway and Longquan-Qingyuan Highway, and the imminent opening to traffic of Longquan-Pucheng Highway, Longquan has entered the era of "new highway" and imminent "new high-speed rail", becoming important "node" integrating into the Yangtze River Delta on the north, and undertaking the function of west-strait economic zone.

Foreign Trade Industrial Pattern Has Taken Shape
2015年，全市工业总产值突破200亿元，实现工业增加值36.9亿元。2013至2015年，全市出口额平均三年增幅达到21.53%，居全省第十位，出口额连续三年位居丽水市第三位，出口国家覆盖亚洲、欧洲、北美洲、非洲等六大洲。龙泉市出口产品主要以机械产品、竹木制品为主，其中机械产品主要是汽车空调零部件和金属制品，占2015年出口额49.68%，竹木制品出口额占全年出口的30.78%。
By 2015, the city's industrial output value had exceeded RMB20 billion Yuan, and realized industrial added value of RMB3.69 billion Yuan. The city's exports increased by 21.53% in average over the three-year period of 2013-2015, ranking No.10 in the province, and No.3 in Lishui City for three consecutive years. Its products are exported to countries of six continents including Asia, Europe, North America, and Africa. The products exported from Longquan mainly include the machinery products, and bamboo-based products, among which the machinery products consist mainly of the automobile air-conditioner parts and metal products, and account for 49.68% of the exports in 2015, the exports of bamboo products accounted for 30.78% of the yearly export.
汽车（空调）零部件制造业具有较强竞争力。龙泉的汽车空调产业始于上个世纪90年代，2002年根据龙泉市“二次创业”的发展战略，汽车空调零部件行业被列入重点培育产业之一；2006-2009年，产业实现了从10亿元到45亿元的历史性跨越，并成为全国唯一的国家级汽车（空调）零部件制造基地；2015年，经省质监局批复，浙江省汽车空调标准化技术委员会落户龙泉，这标志了龙泉在全国汽车空调行业具有了一定的话语权。
Automobile (air-conditioner) components manufacturing has strong competitive edge. The automobile air-conditioner industry in Longquan started in the 1990s, and the automobile air-conditioner parts industry was listed as one of the prioritized cultivating industry in 2002 according to the "second start-up" development strategy of Longquan; in the years of 2006-2009, the industry realized a historic leap from RMB1 billion Yuan to 4.5 billion Yuan, and became the country's only national-level car (air conditioning) components manufacturing base; in 2015, upon approval by the provincial bureau of quality supervision, the Zhejiang Provincial Automobile Air-Conditioner Standardization Technical Committee resided in Longquan, indicating that Longquan has a certain right of say in the national automobile air-conditioner industry.

竹木制品加工业繁荣。龙泉市是我国南方48个重点林区县（市）之一，也是浙江的重点林区，素有“浙南林海”之誉。全市有林地381.2万亩，森林蓄积量1456万立方米。毛竹林55.1万亩，年产毛竹1000万株，位居全省第二位。丰富的竹木资源为龙泉市竹木制品产业的发展提供了天然的资源优势。
Prosperous Bamboo Products Industry. Longquan City is one of the 48 key forest districts and counties (cities) in South China, as well as the prioritized afforestation area in south Zhejiang, known as "Immense Forest in South Zhejiang". The city has woodland of 3.812 million mu, and forest stock volume of 14.56 million cubic meters; bamboo forest of 551,000 mu, with an annual output of 10 million bamboo, ranking second in the province. The abundant bamboo resources provide natural resource advantages for the development of wood products industry in the city of Longquan.
经过近几年的发展，龙泉市竹木制品产业形成了“四板一伞两具一席”的特色产品结构，并先后被授予“中国竹木户外休闲用品产业基地”“浙江省竹木太阳伞生产基地”，是国内最大的竹木太阳伞生产集聚地之一。
After recent years of development, the bamboo products industry of Longquan has formed into the specialized product structure of Four Boards, One Umbrella, Furniture & Toys, and Bamboo Mats, awarded with the honorary titles of the China Bamboo Outdoor Leisure Products Industry Base, the Zhejiang Bamboo Umbrella Production Base, and has grown into the domestic largest production gathering place for bamboo sun umbrellas.
绿色农产品产业发展良好。龙泉市地处浙西南山区，素有“浙西南林海”之称，森林覆盖率84.2%，位于瓯江、闽江、乌溪江三江源头区，水质佳，污染少，空气质量优良，为绿色农产品的生产提供了天然场所。此外，龙泉气候随海拔高度变化呈明显的垂直差异，也为不同的农产品生长提供了优越的气候条件。
Green Agricultural Products Industry Develops Well. Longquan is located in southwest mountainous area in Zhejiang, known as the Immense Forest of Southwest Zhejiang, and with forest coverage rate of 84.2%. The city is located in the source area of three rivers: Oujiang River, Minjiang River, and Wuxijiang River, and enjoys good water quality, less pollution, and good air quality, providing natural place for production of green farm products. In addition, the climate of Longquan shows significant vertical difference with the change with the altitude, but also offers favorable climatic conditions for the agricultural products to grow.
“十二五”期间，龙泉市通过实施食用菌产业提升发展计划，主导产业培育成效显著。龙泉先后被评为“中华灵芝第一乡”“全国食用菌行业十大主产基地县”“中国黑木耳之乡”“全国食用菌文化产业建设先进县”“全国食用菌产业建设示范县”，龙泉灵芝及龙泉灵芝孢子粉获得国家地理标志产品保护。

The Longquan Ganoderma Lucidum and the Longquan Spore Powder have been protected by the National Protection of Geographical Indications.
青瓷宝剑产业焕发新活力。龙泉青瓷传统烧制技艺是全球唯一的陶瓷类人类非物质文化遗产，于2006年入选世界非物质文化遗产保护名录；龙泉宝剑锻制技艺是首批国家级非物质文化遗产。为了使传统产业焕发出新的活力，龙泉在传承与保护传统制造技艺的同时，积极将新工艺、新技术融入产品生产。龙泉青瓷和龙泉宝剑是龙泉市的两大文化瑰宝。其中龙泉青瓷还是“一带一路”主推的三大主要原素之一。近年来，以茶具、餐具、酒具为代表的现代龙泉日用青瓷产业呈现出蓬勃发展的势头，不仅风靡国内市场，也开始逐步走向日本、欧盟等海外市场。
Porcelain and sword industries are full of new vitality. The traditional firing techniques for porcelain and swords in Longquan are globally unique ceramic-type intangible heritage of humanity, and was collected into the world's intangible cultural heritage protection list in 2006; the Longquan sword forging technique belongs to the first batch of national intangible cultural heritages. To make the traditional industry glow new vitality, Longquan actively blends the new technology and new technology into the production of products while inheriting and protecting the traditional manufacturing techniques. Longquan porcelain and Longquan sword are the two cultural treasures of Longquan City. 生态文化产业发展强劲。龙泉市是全国生态保护和生态经济发展“双示范区”，全省首批生态工业发展试点市。近年来，龙泉市坚持“绿水青山就是金山银山”的绿色生态发展之路，发挥龙泉生态资源优势，推进外贸转型升级，拓宽“两山”转换通道，全力发展生态经济和文化产业，汽车空调零部件、竹木制品和绿色农产品、青瓷宝剑文化产业得到强劲发展，已成为龙泉市外贸出口的优势产业。
Robust Growth of Ecological and Cultural Industry. Longquan City is the "dual demonstration area" of national ecological protection and ecological economic development, as well as the province's first batch of eco-industrial development pilot cities. In recent years, Longquan City stuck to the green eco-development path featuring "Beautiful scenery is the gold and silver mines", gave play to the ecological resources of Longquan, and promoted the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade, and expanded the "Two Mountains" transformation channel, and fully developed the ecological economy and cultural industries. 公共服务平台健全。建成了浙江省汽车空调产业和丽水市青瓷产业科技创新服务平台、丽水市首家跨境电商孵化中心，并正在筹建竹木制品科创中心。其中汽车空调零部件产业服务平台为全省重点建立的检验检测公共服务平台、重点扶持的外贸公共服务平台，发挥好两个省级对外贸易预警示范点的作用。
Well-functioned public service platform. The Zhejiang Provincial automobile air conditioner industry, the Lishui City porcelain industry technology innovation service platform, and the first cross-border e-business incubation center of Lishui City have been completed construction, while the bamboo products science innovation center is under preparatory work. The automobile air-conditioner parts industry service platform is the inspection and testing public service platform under the province's prioritized construction, as well as the foreign trade public service platform of prioritized support. The roles of the two province-level early-warning demonstration sites for foreign trade must be given full play.
企业创新基础扎实。全市有科技型企业86家，占规上企业的48.3%，国家级高新技术企业44家，省级区域科技创新服务中心3个，省级技术创新联盟2个，省级企业研究院4家，60%的规上企业拥有自主知识产权。建成了浙江省汽车空调标准化技术委员会，制定了木制太阳伞国家标准，参加了国家标委会青瓷行业、宝剑行业标准制定工作。
Solid Foundation for Enterprise Innovation. The city has 86 science and technology enterprises, accounting for 48.3% of the enterprises above designated size, 44 national high-tech enterprises, 3 provincial regional S&T innovation service centers, 2 provincial technological innovation alliances, and 4 provincial enterprise research institutes. 60% of the enterprises above designated size own independent intellectual property rights. The Zhejiang Provincial Automobile Air-Conditioner Standardization Technical Committee is founded, and has developed national standards for wooden sun umbrella, and participated in the development of standards for porcelain industry and sword industry by the China National Standardization Technical Committee.
品牌建设成效明显。龙泉市是中国汽车（空调）零部件制造基地，中国竹木户外休闲用品产业基地，中国黑木耳之乡，“龙泉黑木耳”“龙泉青瓷”获得证明商标，龙泉灵芝及龙泉灵芝孢子粉获得国家地理标志产品保护。现有3个省级出口基地， 1家国家级重点文化出口企业，4家“中华老字号”，15家“浙江老字号”。
Remarkable effect of brand construction. Longquan City is the place where the China automobile (air-conditioner) components manufacturing base, China bamboo outdoor leisure products industry base, and the hometown of Chinese black fungus are located. The Longquan Black Fungus and the Longquan Porcelain have been registered as the certification marks, and the Longquan Ganoderma lucidum and the Longquan spore powder are protected by the National Protection of Geographical Indications. The city has 3 provincial export bases, 1 national key cultural export enterprises, 4 China Time-honored Brands and 15 Zhejiang Time-honored Brands.
转型升级有新路径。近年来，龙泉市企业各施所能，在开拓国际市场实现外贸转型中闯出了新路径。如三田公司自主品牌境外代理模式，创新公司收购美国企业销售网络模式，新劲公司引进美国公司技术专利及设备的产业联盟模式，能福公司以新产品开发引领消费潮流开拓国际市场，郑氏刀剑依托国家、省级重点文化出口企业推进文化产品出口等等。

In recent years, the Longquan enterprises displayed their respective abilities, and opened up new paths to foreign trade in exploring the international markets and realizing transformation of foreign trade, e.g. the independent brands overseas agent mode introduced by Santian Company, the sales network mode acquired from US enterprise by the Chuangxin Company, the technical patents and equipment industry alliance mode imported from US enterprise by the Xinjing Company, development of new products and guiding the consumer trend and developing the international market by development of new products by Nengfu Company, promoting the export of cultural products relying on national and provincial key cultural export enterprises by Zheng Shi Sword.

强化组织创新，推动试点建设。龙泉市成立了以市长任组长的外贸转型升级试点建设领导小组，制订路线图、责任书、时间表，实行“一月一会商、一季一点评、一年一考核”制度，强力推动转型升级试点建设。
